• "Online Products" refers collectively to Digital Products and Reports purchased through aisgrc.com without a separate signed contract.
• "Advisory Engagement" refers to a custom professional advisory service governed by a separate signed engagement contract between you and AH-KING Group Inc.
• "Fee" refers to the purchase price payable for any Online Product, as displayed at the time of purchase.
• "Deliverable" refers to any report, document, or product delivered to you by AH-KING Group Inc. in connection with a purchase or engagement.

All terms are governed by the prevailing laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada.

By using aisgrc.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, and you will use this website only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to use this site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the site at our discretion without notice.

Purchasers of Online Products are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased materials for their own internal organizational purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share publicly, or create derivative works from any purchased materials without prior written consent from AH-KING Group Inc.

Unauthorized use of any content or materials from this site may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

Digital Products are delivered electronically following confirmation of payment. By purchasing a Digital Product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

After 7 days, or once Digital Products have been delivered and accessed, all sales are final. • Digital Products are licensed for your internal organizational use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share these materials with parties outside your organization.
• Digital Products are practitioner references and starting points. They are not legal opinions, compliance certifications, or guarantees of regulatory conformance. AH-KING Group Inc. makes no warranty that use of any Digital Product will result in regulatory compliance or risk elimination.

Reports are AI-assisted governance assessments generated based on information you submit. By purchasing a Report, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Reports are based solely on the information you provide. The accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of any Report depends on the quality of your inputs.
• Reports are structured practitioner references. They are not legal opinions, regulatory determinations, audit findings, or compliance certifications.
• All Report sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a Report has been generated and delivered.
• You are responsible for how your organization interprets, adapts, and acts on any Report findings.

Advisory Engagements are custom professional services governed by a separate signed engagement contract. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and any Online Products purchased. All other terms specific to Advisory Engagements are set out in your engagement contract.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding commitment to provide Advisory Engagement services. Engagement scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of work.

All fees for Online Products are displayed at the time of purchase and are payable in full before delivery. Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. AH-KING Group Inc. does not store payment card information.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be applied at checkout where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AH-KING Group Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, any Online Product, or any Advisory Engagement deliverable.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of aisgrc.com or any product or service purchased shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
